LinkTour เป็นแพลตฟอร์มรวมดีลทัวร์ต่างประเทศราคาโปรโมชั่น เราให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งาน และปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลการจองทัวร์: ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ข้อมูลผู้เดินทาง และเอกสารที่จำเป็นต่อการเดินทาง (เช่น หน้าพาสปอร์ต) ที่ท่านส่งให้เพื่อทำการจอง
- หลักฐานการชำระเงิน (สลิปโอนเงิน) ที่ท่านอัปโหลด
- ช่องทางติดต่อที่ท่านให้ไว้ เช่น LINE ID หรือเบอร์โทร เพื่อให้ทีมงานติดต่อกลับ
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ทั่วไป (คุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของระบบ เช่น การจดจำร้านค้าที่ท่านเข้าชม)
- ข้อความสนทนากับผู้ช่วย AI ของเรา (บนเว็บไซต์ LINE และ Facebook Messenger) เพื่อตอบคำถามและคุณภาพการให้บริการ
- เมื่อท่านทักแชทเพจ Facebook ของเรา: รหัสผู้ใช้เฉพาะเพจ (Page-scoped ID) ข้อความ และรูปภาพที่ท่านส่งมา — เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่าน รายชื่อเพื่อน หรือข้อมูลอื่นในบัญชี Facebook ของท่าน
2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
- ดำเนินการจองทัวร์กับผู้จัดทัวร์/ผู้ให้บริการต้นทาง และออกเอกสารยืนยันการเดินทาง
- ติดต่อแจ้งสถานะการจอง การชำระเงิน และข้อมูลจำเป็นก่อนเดินทาง (โทร/SMS/LINE)
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการและเว็บไซต์
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้เดินทางเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่ผู้จัดทัวร์/สายการบิน/ผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเดินทางของท่านเท่านั้น เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการตลาด
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการและตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน รวมถึงถอนความยินยอม โดยติดต่อทีมงานผ่านช่องทางด้านล่าง เราจะดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
6. การขอลบข้อมูล (Data Deletion)
ท่านขอให้ลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับท่าน รวมถึงประวัติแชทกับผู้ช่วย AI ทาง Facebook Messenger หรือ LINE ได้ทุกเมื่อ:
- ส่งข้อความ "ขอลบข้อมูล" ทาง Messenger ของเพจที่ท่านเคยทัก (ระบบเปิดเรื่องให้ทีมงานอัตโนมัติ) หรือทาง LINE ID / อีเมลด้านล่าง
- ทีมงานจะยืนยันตัวตนจากบัญชีที่ท่านใช้ทักมา แล้วลบประวัติแชทและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ
- ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บ (เช่น เอกสารการจองและการชำระเงิน) จะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดแล้วจึงลบ
7. ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา
เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลในนามของเรา ตามสัญญาและเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อบริการเท่านั้น:
- Anthropic PBC (สหรัฐอเมริกา) — ประมวลผลข้อความแชทกับผู้ช่วย AI (Claude) บนเว็บไซต์ LINE และ Messenger
- Google LLC (สหรัฐอเมริกา) — AI (Gemini) อ่านเอกสารและรูปโปรแกรมทัวร์ ไม่ได้รับข้อความแชทของลูกค้า · ส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือน (Gmail)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (สหรัฐอเมริกา/ไอร์แลนด์) — รับ-ส่งข้อความ Facebook Messenger และโพสต์บนเพจ Facebook
- LY Corporation / LINE (ญี่ปุ่น/ไทย) — รับ-ส่งข้อความ LINE Official Account และการเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE
- Resend, Inc. (สหรัฐอเมริกา) — ส่งอีเมลแจ้งสถานะการจอง
- SMSOK (ประเทศไทย) — ส่ง SMS แจ้งสถานะการจอง
- Cloudflare, Inc. (สหรัฐอเมริกา/ทั่วโลก) — CDN และพร็อกซีหน้าเว็บ
- Hostinger International Ltd. (เซิร์ฟเวอร์ในมาเลเซีย) — เซิร์ฟเวอร์และฐานข้อมูลของระบบ
8. สำหรับเอเจนซี่/เจ้าของเพจที่เชื่อมเพจ Facebook กับ LinkTour
- ข้อมูลที่เก็บ: Page ID ชื่อเพจ Page access token (เข้ารหัสก่อนเก็บ) ข้อความและรูปที่ลูกค้าส่งเข้าเพจ และประวัติโพสต์ที่ระบบโพสต์ให้
- ใช้ทำอะไร: ให้ผู้ช่วย AI ตอบแชทลูกค้าของเพจในนามร้านของท่าน (เฉพาะเมื่อท่านเปิดใช้งาน) และโพสต์ดีลทัวร์อัตโนมัติตามที่ท่านตั้งค่า
- ยกเลิกการเชื่อม: กด "ลบ" ที่เพจในหน้า เพจ Facebook ของร้าน ในแดชบอร์ด หรือถอนสิทธิ์ที่ Facebook → การตั้งค่า → การผสานรวมทางธุรกิจ (Business Integrations)
- เมื่อยกเลิกแล้ว: กดลบในแดชบอร์ด — ระบบยกเลิกการรับข้อความจากเพจและลบ Page access token ทันที · ถอนสิทธิ์ที่ Facebook — token ใช้ไม่ได้ทันที และระบบลบ token ออกเมื่อตรวจพบการถอนสิทธิ์

English summary
LinkTour (linktour.me) is a Thai platform that lists discounted outbound tour packages and lets travellers book them through partner travel agencies. We collect only what is needed to answer enquiries and handle bookings: booking and traveller details, payment slips, contact details you give us, and conversations with our AI assistant on the website, LINE and Facebook Messenger. When you message our Facebook Page we receive your Page-scoped ID and the messages and images you send — nothing else from your Facebook account. We never sell personal data.
To delete your data (including Messenger/LINE chat history), send the message "delete my data" to the Facebook Page you chatted with (this opens a request for our team automatically), email [email protected], or message our LINE ID flyerlimo. We verify the request from the account that sent it and delete the data within 30 days, then confirm back to you. Records that the law requires us to keep (booking and payment documents) are deleted once the legal retention period ends.

For agencies / Page owners who connect a Facebook Page
We store the Page ID, Page name, the Page access token (encrypted at rest), the messages and images customers send to the Page, and the history of posts we publish. We use them only to let the AI assistant answer the Page's customers on the agency's behalf (when the agency turns it on) and to publish the tour-deal posts the agency configures. To disconnect, press "Remove" on the Page in the LinkTour dashboard, or remove LinkTour in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Removing it in the dashboard unsubscribes the Page's webhook and deletes the Page access token immediately; removing it on Facebook invalidates the token at once, and we delete it as soon as we detect the revocation.
